Wound Healing

ATS Wound Healing
ATS wound healing technology is built upon using a biomimetic hydrogel concept as a barrier of protection for open wounds, especially non-healing and burns. Additionally, the gels are able to absorb excess wound exudates and deliver molecules or drugs that aid in tissue regeneration. The ATS hydrogel systems are designed to provide an environment that mitigates inflammation and repair imbalances thereby improving the healing process.

As a result of its composition the ATS wound-healing hydrogel is inherently cool, maintaining a mean temperature of 18ºC. This consistent cool temperature provides topical analgesia, in addition to reducing inflammation, necrosis and fibrosis.
